- Is there really no minimum number of hours?
- That's right. You can schedule as few as 2 hours per visit with no weekly minimums. Many families start small and gradually increase hours as they see the difference quality care makes.
- Can I change my schedule from week to week?
- Yes. You can adjust your hours, days, and times as your needs change. Just let your care coordinator know and we'll update your plan. There are no penalties for changes.
- What happens if I need to cancel a visit?
- We ask for 24 hours' notice when possible, but we understand that life is unpredictable. There are no cancellation fees. Just call your care coordinator and we'll adjust the schedule.
- Will I get the same caregiver each visit?
- We prioritize consistent caregiver matching so your loved one builds a comfortable relationship. If your regular caregiver is unavailable, we'll send someone equally qualified and brief them on your care plan.
