Happy to Help Caregiving

Terms of Service

Effective date: March 31, 2026

1. Website Use

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Happy to Help Caregiving website, forms, chat tools, phone-based intake experiences, and recruiting pages. By using this website or submitting information through it, you agree to these terms.

This website is intended to help people learn about our non-medical in-home caregiving services, request follow-up, connect with a local office, or explore caregiver employment opportunities.

2. Non-Medical Services

Happy to Help Caregiving provides non-medical in-home caregiving services, including companion care, personal care, respite care, and veteran-focused support. We are not a hospital, physician practice, emergency service, or medical provider, and our caregivers do not provide diagnosis, treatment, or other medical procedures.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services provider.

3. Inquiry Submission and Information You Provide

When you submit a form, request a callback, enter your ZIP code, start a chat, or otherwise contact us through the website, you are asking us to review your inquiry and respond about care or employment opportunities.

You agree that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide it. If you submit information on behalf of someone else, you are responsible for making sure you are permitted to do so.

4. Permission to Contact You

By submitting an inquiry, you authorize Happy to Help Caregiving and the local office serving your area to contact you about your request by phone, text message, email, or other reasonable communication methods associated with your inquiry.

Those communications may include intake follow-up, scheduling, care consultation coordination, recruiting follow-up, service updates, missed-call return calls, and similar operational responses related to your inquiry. Consent to contact is not a condition of receiving services.

5. AI-Assisted Communications and Recording

We may use AI-assisted tools to help with intake, follow-up, scheduling, call handling, chat handling, summaries, and internal routing. Calls or chats may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, reviewed by staff, and stored in our internal systems so our team can respond to your inquiry.

If you do not want to continue with an AI-assisted or recorded communication, you can stop using that channel and contact us by another method listed on the site.

6. Third-Party Platforms

We use third-party systems to operate the website and respond to inquiries. Depending on your interaction, that may include platforms for CRM and follow-up, AI-assisted calling or chat, internal messaging, advertising and analytics, business listings and review management, applicant tracking, workforce systems, hosting, email delivery, location routing, and internal business or development workflows.

Depending on the workflow, information may be processed by providers such as GoHighLevel / LeadConnector, Bland.ai, Slack, Quo (formerly OpenPhone), Resend, Google, Google Business Profile, Meta, Vercel, Supabase, AxisCare, Rippling, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, OpenClaw, and other tools identified in our Privacy Policy. Not every interaction uses every provider, and not every record is processed by every system.

7. Service Availability, Pricing, and No Guarantee

Website inquiries are requests for follow-up, not a guarantee of caregiver availability, hiring, scheduling, insurance approval, or service placement. Services are subject to local coverage, staffing, care needs, scheduling constraints, and final confirmation by our team.

We may describe typical pricing, private-pay options, long term care insurance, VA benefits, or no-contract service models on the website, but specific rates, schedules, and care arrangements are determined during the intake and consultation process.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use this website to submit false information, interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, scrape or harvest data, impersonate another person, or use the site in a manner that violates applicable law.

9. Changes to the Website or Terms

We may update the website, our forms, our communication workflows, or these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date.
