Our Story
About Happy to Help Caregiving
Happy to Help Caregiving was founded on a simple belief: every person deserves to age with dignity in the comfort of their own home.

Meet the Founder
A Message from Our CEO
I started Happy to Help Caregiving because I saw too many families struggling to find reliable, compassionate care for the people they love most. The big agencies felt impersonal. The gig platforms felt risky. I knew there had to be a better way.
Today, we serve families across 5 regionally managed markets in 5 states, and every market is still run by a staffed local office. Our caregivers aren’t contractors from an app. They’re trained, supported team members who we trust with our own families.
Whether your loved one is a veteran navigating VA benefits, a parent who needs help with daily routines, or a grandparent who just wants someone to share a cup of coffee with, we’re happy to help. That’s not just our name. It’s our promise.

Local Estimates
Written terms for your care address
Rates shown are estimates for non-medical in-home care. Final pricing varies by location, care plan, schedule, caregiver availability, authorization requirements, and applicable law, and is confirmed by your local office before services begin.
Our Mission
Why We Do This
We provide compassionate, non-medical in-home caregiving that empowers families and honors the independence of every client we serve. From companion care to veteran-focused services, we meet families where they are, with care planning, flexible visit requests, and local pricing conversations.
Every caregiver on our team is bonded, insured, and covered by workers’ compensation. We’re not a marketplace. We’re an agency that stands behind every person we send into your home.
What Guides Us
Our Values
Dignity First
Every care plan starts with respect. We listen, we adapt, and we honor the preferences of every client and family.
Agency, Not Marketplace
We are a caregiving agency — not a gig platform. Our caregivers are screened, trained, and supported. You’re hiring a team, not scrolling a marketplace.
Transparent Pricing
Ask your local team for a written estimate and confirmation of the service terms and payment arrangements for your care address. Pennsylvania pricing and program participation must be confirmed separately from another state's published terms.

Veteran Commitment
We help veteran families understand care options and connect with the appropriate VA, Veterans Service Organization, or VA-accredited resource when a claim or authorization is needed.

Happy to Help Caregiving provides non-medical home care only. If your loved one needs skilled medical care at home, ask your doctor for a home health referral. Many families use both services together.
Working Together
Non-Medical Senior Care Built Around the Person
Happy to Help Caregiving's local office is the starting point for discussing daily needs, caregiver matching, and the visits your family wants to arrange.
Tell us what your loved one enjoys, what they prefer to do independently, and which routines need assistance. Companion care, personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and respite care for family members can be discussed together in the non-medical care plan. If clinical treatment is also needed, keep that provider's responsibilities separate.
Senior home care should preserve the person's dignity and choices. Ask how a caregiver can encourage participation in everyday activities, allow time for the person to do what they can, and respect privacy during personal care. If memory changes affect the day, explain familiar routines and communication preferences when discussing non-medical dementia support with the local team.
Before visits begin, agree on the tasks, available schedule, written estimate, and family contacts. Ask whom to call if needs change or a visit cannot be covered. Care coordination includes confirming a request; a preferred time or caregiver is not a booking on its own.
Explore our non-medical care services or find the local office for the care address to prepare your first conversation.
Our Communities
Locally Staffed, Regionally Focused
Every market is managed by a staffed local office with a director and care team who know the community. We're not remote operators. We're your neighbors.
